i think i've been commenting too much lately, of course you don't know that because your comments have been off. anyway. when i was on the pill just paying attention to where i was in my pill cycle eased a lot of my pms-y type behavior because i would get whatever weird emotion and think to myself, this is not real. this is period. and i could move on.

In your last couple entries, you've been hitting on some "issues" that I've been thinking about as well (Obviously, I don't have issues about my PERIOD, but I do wonder why, if some things in my life are predictably mood-altering--Say, not having enough to do on a day off--why I don't do more to "head them off at the pass"). Interesting thoughts about the weight-loss stuff as well (As a friend, my only concern is that you be around, and healthy, for a long time to come. I think anything that promotes that possibility is a GOOD thing).
