Just wait on the chocolate thing...I just got back from the doctor who said that the craving we get for chocolate during PMS-time is Necessary! I believe it's the magnesium in it, but it Does help temper the mood swings. (Damn. I know that I'm mixing up information that she gave me, but it was really interesting!) Of course, that doesn't give us license to go overboard...Damn, again. ;) Can you believe those darned kids? They Never stop growing, do they? :)

What? Chocolate and salt are not food groups? Next thing you'll be telling me is that alcohol also isn't a food group!!!!! Speaking of alcohol, I'll be having some with your last comments giver tonight. Sure wish you lived in town!

Oh, you maybe didn't know--My birthday DAY was extended to a birthday WEEK, so you're good(I will take that email, however...):) I was talking to a friend today about how much of what I do is an attempt to comfort or medicate myself in one way or another, and FOOD tops the list (Not sure what my point was with this, unless it's to say that I "relate" to eating when you're feeling bad).
