Pictures from our trip to the zoo yesterday:

Since Little Boy wanted to stay home and play with his friend from across the street instead of going, we compromised by taking the friend with us. This poor creature had only been to the zoo once before in his life! That's unbelievable when one lives as close as we do to one of the coolest zoos in the country.

But boy, that child can eat.

Anywho, winter trips to the zoo are awesome because the animals are all active and playful and have the thicker fur so they even look different. Then one can step inside the reptile house or Amphibiaville or the Butterfly Gallery or the Atrium when it's time to get warm. (I love the zoo, can you tell?)

Nothing planned today. Having big family dinner tonight with the Nana and possible the Big Boy. Must get dressed now and go buy food so we can feed these people.
